All entrees include a choice of any two sides. Additional sides are available at an extra cost of $1.95 each. Spiciness ranges from mild to very hot.

SPICY JERK CHICKEN PORTIONS

Chicken portions marinated in Jamaican jerk seasoning and smoked on a grill. Served on the bone as a meal with choice of any two sides.

JERK CHICKEN STRIPS
Strips of boneless chicken marinated in Jamaican jerk seasoning and oven-baked , delivering a tasty, flavorful meat minus the excess grease.

CURRIED CHICKEN
Sauteed chunks of chicken marinated in Jamaican seasonings,onions garlic, thyme, escallion and curry spices.

CURRIED GOAT MUTTON
Mutton is a classification of sheep and goat meats, both biblically-approved, clean meats. We favor the goat mutton marinated in Jamaican seasonings, onion, pimento, garlic, thyme, escallion and curry spices. A standard choice in Jamaican dining.

OX-TAILS
This meat is well known around the world, but it is a particular favorite of the Jamaican palate. The meat is usually cooked so that it slides right of the soft tail bones. It is marinated in Jamaican seasonings, lightly browned, and simmered with lima beans, carrots and boiled dumplings.

RED SNAPPER ESCOVEITCH
A definite must try. The carefully cultured Jamaican seasonings and spices bring out the ultimate taste and flavor from otherwise ordinary fish. Available seasonally.

ACKEE & SALT FISH
The Jamaican national dish. Features the ackee vegetable drained and combined with separately prepared salted cod fish laced with Jamaican seasonings.

ACKEE SURPRISE
A combination of the flexible Ackee vegetable with other vegetables and non-meat proteins such as gluten or tofu. This meal will be definitely lighter on your cholesterol count.

JERK GLUTEN
Vegetable gluten protein seasoned in Jamaican jerk spices and cooked with a minimum of grease and delivers a taste that satisfies even meat lovers.

CURRY GLUTEN

Curry-seasoned vegetable gluten protein (a wheat extract) simmered in tangy Jamaican spices.

FRI CHIKN

A venerable real fried chicken look-alike that redraws the borderline between meat and flesh, yet is 100% vegetarian soy protein seasoned in Jamaican spices and batter-fried to a crisp finish. Many meat lovers prefer this meal!!

TOFU-N-VEG
You won't believe that tofu can taste this good. A must try. Seasoned and simmered in Jamaican spices.

RICE-N-PEAS
Steamed long grain rice combined in one pot with stewed red or gungu peas. Flavored with escallion, thyme and hot pepper. Serves as a staple starch to accompany many entrees or as a stand-alone side dish.

C-ZEN RICE
Steamed long grain rice combined in one pot with a variety of vegetables and seasonings including escallion, thyme and peppers. Serves as a staple starch to accompany many entrees or as a stand-alone side dish.

FRIED PLANTAINS

FRIED DUMPLINGS
Flour dumplings seasoned and pan fried in hot oil. Optionally accompanied by codfish sauce.

STRING BEANS
Jamaican green or pole beans steamed with JW sauces.

JW VEG
Signature combination of carrots and cabbage steamed with JW sauces.

JW SALAD
The Jamaican salad consists of slices of fresh tomato or cucumber combined with ONE leaf of lettuce, usually served alongside a starch and a protein.

HAFU aka YELLOW YAM
A favorite Jamaican soul food used as a starch to accompany many meat or vegetarian protein dishes. Typically served boiled, but may also be roasted dry.

BAMMY
A unique Jamaican creation from the cassava plant that serves as an accompanying starch to many fish meals. Definitely a must try.

GREEN BANANAS
A boiled unripened banana that accompanies many meat and vegetable protein dishes. A reputed source of iron.

JONNY CAKE aka FESTIVAL
A pleasing combination of cornmeal, flour and sugar pan fried in oil and served with a variety of meat and vegetable meals, or as a stand-alone side dish. Its the closest Jamaican offering to french fries, except it has no potatoes !!

TROPICAL PUNCH
A mixture of tropical fruits featuring the mango. Very refreshing.

SOURSOP
Juice from the Jamaican soursop fruit combined with added sweeteners to tone down the strong citrus-like taste. Very refreshing.

SORREL
A wine red beverage made from the sorrel fruit combined with sweeteners and ginger sauces. Typically served in the Christmas season. Very refreshing.

HERBAL TEAS
A Jamaican version of popular herbal teas flavored with selected spices. Very refreshing.

JAMAICAN SODAS
Aerated waters bottled exclusively in Jamaica in a variety of unique flavors such as Kola Champagne, Pineapple, Cream Soda and Ginger Beer. Very refreshing.

TING
A Jamaican grapefruit drink. Very refreshing.

GIZZADA
A Jamaican sweet made from the coconut fruit served in a unique pie crust. Very delicious.

PLANTAIN TART
A Jamaican pastry made from the plantain fruit. Very delicious.

PONE aka SWEET POTATO PUDDING or CORN MEAL PUDDING
A Jamaican sweet made from the sweet potato or corn meal, spiced with raisins and sauces. Very delicious.

JW TRIFLE
Our unique modification of the trifle featuring tropical fruits and light pastry. A favorite of many of our customers. Very delicious.
